Bright Hill
Bright Hill and our business partners have been operating within the residential and commercial property market for well over a decade. We have unrivalled expertise in the property market, from property development and investment to property leasing, buying and selling.
The founders and driving forces behind Bright Hill are Joshua Jackson and Andrew Patsalides both with significant business and industry acumen.
We also make a point to maintain close relationships with strong, strategic and likeminded business partners who are specialists in their fields. This ranges from lender and investors, solicitors and accountants to builders and architects, and we make sure that every stakeholder works together to deliver the best possible outcome for all.
Joshua is a charted surveyor (MRICS) and industry specialist. He has worked within the property industry since 2004 and during this time has built his own property portfolio with similar investment strategies to those used at Bright Hill.
Over the years Joshua has worked in various roles, perhaps most significantly as an estate agent. This has given him a unique and intimate understanding of what residential buyers and renters really want. He has also worked in the commercial property world and has a reputation for being open and honest, only providing advice he would give to family and friends, which is the same philosophy applied at Bright Hill.
Andrew has a background in a successful metal trading business in the USA, established over 10 year ago and has a keen eye for number.
He has a portfolio of residential properties, both in the USA and in the UK.
He is originally from London and is now looking to expand and diversify his holdings into UK commercial and development property.
