Ideally we we look to work with Homeowners (who remain just that, the owner, throughout the entire process while working with us) whose property has potential and who want to sell.
Typically, a homeowner who enters into an agreement with Bright Hill to develop and sell their property can expect Bright Hill to:
- Produce a strategy and program of works to significantly improve the value of their property.
- Fund and project manage any development and associated construction work needed to improve the value of their property. Ideal for homeowners who don’t have the time, experience or money to manage such a project.
- Achieve a significantly higher price than the current market value of their property in its present condition.
