Our passion is property, with an emphasis of looking at new ways of approaching property investment & development deals to achieve maximum returns.

We have predominately worked in the residential market although we are now taking active steps into the commercial property arena, applying the same ethos and logic to deal structures in this enviroment.

Our forward thinking approach enables us to complete projects that would otherwise be prohibited by conventional investment strategies and enables us to tap into projects that would be dismissed by conventional investors & developers.

Our Approach - Typically we work closely with homeowners (who remain just that while collaborating with us) in a joint venture structure, we carry out improvement work at our cost, before selling the property and sharing the profits.

Working with people in this way enables us to take on the heavy-lifting of property development in order to achieve exceptional returns.

We judge each project on its own merits and will purchase a property on a 'traditional' sale  basis if the deal is a sound investment.

Our Approach - To purchase properties quickly and with cash to secure a good price. Alternatively, we will look to work collaboratively with a vendor and/or business owner to tailor a 'win win' approach. 

We are taking positive steps to purchase or take control of commercial property before actively managing these units. Increasing their cash flow through obtaining higher rents. Which in turn will increase the capital value of the property. 

This is achieved through a multitude of methods which includes but is not limited to, increasing rents and adding value by utilising permitted development and planning opportunities.

This is a particularly exciting time within the industry due to the changing economical and political environment. There is also a huge shift in sentiment on how we all view and operate business in todays world, impacting how we use property. Which will result in opportunities coming available.

The Benefits


As Bright Hill looks creatively at every deal and opportunity that we engage with, we don't necessarily have the same costs as a traditional buyer, investor or developer. 

Therefore, we are able to pass those benefits on to you the investor. For example, we might avoid the need to pay stamp duty, which can be a significant cost on most purchases.

There are also huge opportunities within the industry at present due to; legislation change, the turbulent economical and political environment and change in sentiment on how we use property in todays world.
