Commercial Property

Our passion is property and while historically we have operated in the residential market, in recent years we have ventured into the commercial property arena. 

As a company, we have an emphasis on looking at new ways of approaching property investment & development deal structures to maximise returns for all parties involved.  Primarily this is achieved by focusing on how we can improve the market value of a property once under our control, and sharing any uplift; often achieved through an Option Agreement, Sale & Leaseback, Purchase or Joint Venture.

We will also alway look at a 'traditional sale' often procuring a property purchase in cash as we have ready and waiting funds available. We pride ourselves on being able to offer vendors a quick, easy, professional service, giving them confidence that we will buy a property at the price agreed. we have a legal team in place and can act extremely quickly.

In brief, we approach a new deal with two main avenues available to us here at Bright Hill Properties in order to secure our position:

One - A traditional sale, when we offer (often cash) on a property and look to conclude a sale quickly, making it simple for the seller. 

Two - We look to work with a seller to understand their drivers and look to offer a tailored solution to meet their needs and wishes. This may include securing the property with;
