It's widely acknowledged that buying or selling a property can be one of the most stressful experiences of one’s life. This is particularly so if you're not used to doing this on a daily basis, and even more so if you have never done it before!
This stress is compounded as it can feel like the 'experts' that are meant to be there to help you (solicitors, surveyors, estate agents etc.) only seem to be in it for themselves and it often doesn't feel like they have your best interests at heart.
In addition, there is a lot of terminology and jargon thrown at you, which often doesn't mean anything to you, leaving you in dispair.
Bright Hill want to change that by holding your hand through the entire process, or advising you on any specific aspects that are concerning or setting alarm bells off for you.
Our consultancy service has stemmed from assisting a large number of family and friends through the same minefield of buying, selling, renting or investing in the UK property market that you are facing.
The guidance, advice and opinions we provide leverages the wealth of our own experience and is the same that we would give to our family and friends.
The idea is that we act for you, in your best interests, in a non-biased and pragmatic sense, looking at your goals and the entire situation using a holistic approach.
Experience
Your consultant will be Joshua, who has a significant amount of experience within the property industry. Having studied Real Estate Management at university, Joshua subsequently became a Chartered Surveyor and is MRICS qualified.
After working in the Commercial Property market, he became an Estate Agent in affluent Islington, where he spent 10 years, and has helped navigate hundreds, if not thousands of people through, what can be at times a daunting sales and letting process.
During this time, he also built up a portfolio of rental properties and is now involved full-time in several of his own multi million pound investment and development projects at Bright Hill.
He has a passion for property and is keen to pass on his expertise to those who need it; after helping a lot of family and friend with their transactions, he quickly realised he could help others utilising his unique experience.
